A guest blogger and his thoughts about a Mosque at Ground Zero

I am not the usual author of this blog you could call this a 'guest blog', try not to vomit. I know I stink.


Now that we have the introductions made, on with the madness:

For weeks now, the controversy about building a mosque at, on, or close to the site of the former World Trade Center, commonly referred to as 'Ground Zero' has raged on and on with reams and reams of rhetoric from both sides. The latest of which has been a thinly veiled threat from our own, private bullies.

I love how the 'Baby Boomers' (read hippies) were SO ahead of the rest of us in 1967 trying to 'CHANGE THE WORLD!!', how they were attacking the 'Military/ industrial complex' and how they were going to build an equitable utopia for us all, with no more war, no more poverty, etc etc etc ad nauseum.

Now?

Anyone who doesn't like the sitting President for ANY reason is AUTOMATICALLY a racist, a Nazi, or a plethora of other dopey names they throw around without consciense.

Imam Feisel now tells us how not allowing him, and his buddies to use Bin Laden's money (or the royal family of Saudi) to build this dumb 'victory mosque' on Ground Zero, or else the extremist radicals will get more pissed, and want to attack us MORE?

Oh, please, say it ain't so.

I'm shaking in my Chinese made Walmart shoes.

Let's take a look at this:

If they build this dumb mosque, this makes us wimps to them, then they'll pull for passage of sharia law next. Yeah, I'm SUCH a fear monger ooooh! blech. Please.

Sharia law is stoning raped women to death, chopping people's extremities off for stealing, publicly flogging people for thinking or speaking freely, and more fun.

Do you want to send your little girl to school with her burka on?

I'm supposed to LET these people build their mosque on GROUND ZERO?

To me, this is tantamount to allowing the Japanese to biuld a temple right outside the gates of Pearl Harbor, or just 20 feet from Wheeler Field.

I don't think so.

Just because it's legal, doesn't make it right.

I wonder now, have the people of the left forgotten what's right and wrong?

I extend a cordial invitation to Imam Feisel and his towel headed buddies:
Please take your religion, your mosque, your dumb willingness to make your version of 'peace', and go pound sand.

If you must build your stupid mosque, and dopey cultural center, you can do it elsewhere. I suggest the end of the runway out near La Guardia.

Don't get bit by mosquitoes, that would break my heart.

The truth is, we are forgetting, as a nation, how we felt that clear September morning.

We have forgotten how important it is to fight for our freedom.

If ever we should lose them, we will never cease to lament their loss.

That, is the simple brutal truth as I see it.

Just a few thoughts

Well it appears that the candidate for change and the President that was going to change America and make it better has only helped to further drive this once great Country of ours into the proverbial gutter. Thanks Obama, we all as a nation appreciate this. What is unemployment up to now....15% and that's what we are being told.....so I am sure the number is probably closer to, or over 20%.

What happened to saving and/or creating jobs Mr. Obama?? It seems all you have really managed to do is turn this country against you and the other members of the extreme liberal democrats you keep close to you. I have no doubt that this November your precious majority in congress will be gone. Other less liberal Democrats have already started to distance themselves from you and your socialist ways. I can only hope that the voting Americans in those particular districts have longer memories than most of America and vote these flip/flopper's out of office!!!

I actually find it quite comical how the majority of, if not all Democrats were drunk from the Obama/Reid/Pelosi cool aid when Obama was elected to office. Then the false euphoria for a few months after the election, and now the inevitable sinking of their socialist ship, and the rats deserting before it goes completely under. I can only now sit back and watch to see what rats stay afloat in November, and watch the rest (with a note of satisfaction) drown in their own stupidity as the office they once occupied becomes a Republican or Libertarian one.

I can only hope that someone or a group of people can do something to help bring our country out of the slump it is currently in. Perhaps we could stop the never ending influx of cheap illegal labor into this country. Perhaps we could stop the never ending tax breaks for legal immigrants who want to get started in this country. Why should hard working Americans be burdened with taxes while our legal immigrants get a 7 year and in some case a 10 year exemption from paying any income tax at all.

I ask every legal American to stand up and be heard. I do not care what party you align yourself with, just stand by your convictions. Vote in November, call your representatives and let them know your grievances. Most of all become a working part of this country instead of sitting back and letting someone else do your voting for you. (That worked so well in the last Presidential election.)

....and that's the Brutal Truth as I see it.
